BALLOON ANIMALS/FACE PAINTING

WRISTBAND REQUIRED
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Check that each participant has a wristband.
- Help maintain an orderly line.
NOTE: Kids with wristbands may receive as many balloon animals as they would like; however, they may only request one balloon animal per turn. After receiving their balloon, they must return to the back of the line before requesting another.
CARNIVAL GAMES
LOCATION: intermediate blacktop
WRISTBAND REQUIRED
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Check that each participant is wearing a valid wristband.
- Supervise and assist with multiple game stations.
- Ensure participants take one turn at a game before moving on.
- Participants may return for additional turns by joining the back of the line.
- Help keep lines organized and moving smoothly.

CONCESSION

- Confirm Order: can either give a slip given with pre-order or ask for the name under which the order was placed and find it on the pre-order list.
- Fill out order form and pass to food line
- Mark Order as Fulfilled: Cross off the name on the pre-order list to indicate the order has been picked up.
- CASH PAYMENT ONLY LINE:
- Take order: write down all food items on the order slip and hand back to customer to give to Lion’s Club cooks.
- Collect the CASH payment
- CARD PAYMENT ONLY LINE:
- Take order: write down all food items on the order slip and hand back to customer to give to Lion’s Club cooks.
- Collect the CARD payment on the square reader

INFLATABLES
LOCATION: FIELD
WRISTBAND REQUIRED
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Check that each participant is wearing a valid wristband.
- Monitor the entrance and exit of the inflatable.
- Ensure participants take turns and follow safety rules.
- Help keep the line organized and moving smoothly.
- Participants may return for additional turns by joining the back of the line.

ONSITE SALES
LOCATION: back of school

PHOTOBOOTH
LOCATION: gym
WRISTBAND REQUIRED
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Check that each participant is wearing a valid wristband.
- Help manage the line and ensure it moves smoothly.
- Allow participants to take their photo and then return to the back of the line if they wish to go again.
- Assist with keeping props organized and area tidy.
RAFFLE BASKETS & AUCTION
LOCATION: Gym
Winners Announced at 7:30 PM in Gym

- SUPERVISE ROOM
- Ensure no theft or altering of raffle baskets
- Explain how raffle baskets vs auction work as needed:
RAFFLE BASKET INSTRUCTIONS (Only baskets with a ballot box beside them are part of the raffle)
- Complete a ballot ($2 per ballot)
- Place your ballot in the ballot box next to the raffle basket you’d like to win.
- Draw Time: Winners will be drawn at 7:30 PM in the Gym
IMPORTANT: You must be present to win, if the winner is not present, a new name will be drawn
AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE NOTE FORMAT CHANGE (Auction items have a sheet of paper to place your bid)
- The first bid must be at or above the minimum bid amount.
- All subsequent bids must follow the minimum bid increment listed.
- The highest bid as of 7:30 PM will win the item at the stated bid amount.
IMPORTANT: The winner must be present at 7:30 PM to claim and pay for their item. Payment is required before claiming the prize.

NOTE: all goodies must be collected by the close of the Fun Fair at 8pm.
NOTE: one way in, one way out
INSTRUCTIONS:
Each player stands on one of the floor numbers while waiting for the game to begin. When the music is played, the participants walk around the circle in one direction on the floor numbers.
When the music stops, so do the players who all make sure they are standing on a number. The volunteer then draws out a number from the bucket to see who wins!
The player whose number is drawn wins a goodie!
Note: If the winner does not want to collect their goodie right away, they can come back before 8pm. Please write their name and phone number on a label, place it on the goodie and move the goodie back to the storage room until collection.
